Nilüfer Yumlu
Nilüfer Yumlu ( born May 31, 1955 in Cihangir, Istanbul), known as Nilüfer, is a Turkish pop singer.
She participated in the April 22, 1978 with the song Sevince with the band Nazar on 23 Grand Prix Euro Vision Song Contest held in Paris and took it along with the candidate Finland the 18th Place. Since 1997 she has national UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador of Turkey.
Biography
Nilüfer won in 1970 at the age of 15 years, the Singing Competition " Altın Ses Plak Yarışması ", organized by the newspaper " Hafta Sonu ".
