The City of O'Fallon is located in the east of the state of Missouri between Missouri ( about 16 km south) and the Mississippi ( about 17 km north) about 60 km to the west of the confluence of both streams.

O'Fallon is located at 38 ° 47'04 " north latitude and 90 ° 43'50 " west longitude and covers an area of 11.31 km ².
