Oléac -Debat is a commune with 123 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Hautes -Pyrénées in the Midi -Pyrénées region in the pre-Pyrenees.

Geography

Oléac -Debat is located about eight kilometers northeast of the town of Tarbes. To the north is the town Sabalos.

In the last presidential election in 2007 accounted for in the second round in the community to Mme Ségolène ROYAL ( Parti Socialiste ) 61.7 % of the vote for M. Nicolas SARKOZY ( Union pour un mouvement populaire ) voted 38.3%. The mayor is Christian JOURET.
