Oliver Sorg (born 29 May 1990 in Engen ) is a German football player who is under contract at SC Freiburg.

Career

Clubs

Sorg began his career in the youth teams of Hegauer FV and FC Singen 04, before joining the 2006/07 season in the youth of SC Freiburg. In the 2007 /08 season he was with the U-19 A German Youth Champion, a year later, he won with the youth team of the DFB Junior Club Cup. For the season 2009/10 he went under coach Marcus Sorg - with whom he is not related - in the second team of SC Freiburg and became a regular player and later captain.

In January 2012, Sorg completed the winterization with the pros. He left a good impression. On January 21, 2012 ( 18th Round ), he completed the 1-0 win against FC Augsburg his professional debut over the full season. Two days later signed Sorg at SC Freiburg his first professional contract.

His first goal in the Bundesliga scoring Sorg in the 3-3 draw against 1899 Hoffenheim to a 1-1 draw in the 13th minute.
