Palayan

Palayan City ( Tagalog: Lungsod ng Palayan ) is a Philippine component city in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Administrative Region III, Central Luzon. It has 37 219 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 19 barangays. It is classified as a community of the fifth income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Palayan City is located in the center and capital of the province. It borders on the western foothills of the Sierra Madre in the east of the Central Luzon level. It is located 129 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway. Your neighboring municipalities are Bongabon and General Mamerto Natividad in the north, the south and east Laur, Cabanatuan City in the west.
