Panini Group

The Panini SpA is an international Italian group, which operates mainly in the printing and publishing industry.

History

The present company was founded in 1961. Its roots, however, until 1945 when the brothers Giuseppe and Benito Panini in the old town of Modena opened a newsstand and 1954 under the name Agenzia Distribuzione Giornali Fratelli Panini founded a newspaper distribution.

Scrapbooks, stickers, trading cards

The first Panini Scrapbook was published in 1961 and had Italian football teams and players of the Italian football championship 1961/1962 to the content.
