Paul Elbert Hamm (* September 24, 1982 in Waukesha, Wisconsin) is just like its twin brother Morgan Hamm an American artistic gymnast.

Hamm was at the 2003 World Cup in their own country as the first American to become World Champion in the all around. In the 2004 Olympics he won the gold medal in the all around and silver on high bar, and with the team.
