Romeo Neri

Romeo Neri ( born March 26, 1903 in Rimini, † September 23, 1961 ) was an Italian gymnast and three -time Olympic champion.

At the Summer Olympics in Amsterdam in 1928 he won the silver medal on the horizontal bar. The competition was won by Swiss Georges Kitty. Four years later at the Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles, he eventually took three gold medals. He won the individual competition on bars, the individual all-around and also the team's all-around. 1936 in Berlin, he classified in the individual all-around in 4th place.

The World Gymnastics Championships 1934 in Budapest, he was behind the Swiss Eugen Mack second in the all-around and won the bronze medal in jump.
