Ganso (2010)
Paulo Henrique Chagas de Lima ( born October 12, 1989 in Ananindeua, Pará ), better known as Ganso ( Paulo Henrique Ganso rather in Brazil ) is a Brazilian national football team. With FC Santos, he won among others the Copa Libertadores 2011. Since September 2012, he plays for FC São Paulo.

Ganso was discovered by former national team Giovanni and began his football career in the youth club Tuna Luso. In 2005 he moved to Paysandu SC, but not even a year later, he was from the Brazilian top club Santos contracted.
After a serious injury that left him fail 2007, six months, he won in 2007 and 2008 with his team, the U-20 State Championship of São Paulo.
On May 11, 2008 ( 1st Round ) debuted Ganso in the match against Flamengo in the Série A. His first goal he scored 4 July 2009, the 9th round of the 2009 season, a 1-0 victory over Sport Recife. This season, he scored four goals in 29 games.
2010 won Ganso with FC Santos the state championship of São Paulo and the Brazilian Cup. In both competitions, he was subsequently voted the best player. In the Série A 2010 season, which began in May and consequently according to the state championships as every year, he also started playing regularly. Even at its debut in the Copa Sudamericana it came on August 13, 2010 in the second round against Avaí FC, another use was followed in the second leg, which took place six days later. End of August 2010 Ganso retired to a cruciate ligament injury that forced him again to a more than six -month break. On 17 March 2011 he Copa Libertadores match against CSD Colo -Colo finally made his comeback, the game was also his first in this competition. In mid-September 2012, Ganso wrote a five -year contract with Premier League rivals FC São Paulo. Santos received about 24 million reais for around 45% of the rights to the player.
National
Ganso participated in the 2009 U -20 World Cup in Egypt in part. During the tournament, he was used seven times, where he was able to contribute even a hit in the group match against Australia. Even in the final against Ghana, which was unlucky to lose 3:4 on penalties, Ganso standing on the field.
In May 2010, Ganso was appointed to the extended squad of the Brazilian national team for the 2010 World Cup and should go as a replacement for the injured Kaka to South Africa. Since, however, Kaká was fit in time, Ganso was ultimately not included in the final squad. After the Brazilian national team disappointing running World Cup in South Africa, Ganso came on 10 August 2010 at the first friendly match after the World Cup - a 2-0 victory against the USA in New Jersey - under new coach Mano Menezes to his first in the Seleção Since then, the midfielder is appointed regularly to the squad.
On 19 May 2011 gave coach Mano Menezes announced the preliminary squad for the Copa America 2011 in Argentina, due to an injury initially was not one of the Ganso. In 2012 he took part with the Olympic Team at the Olympic Games in London, in which Brazil wanted to win for the first time the gold medal. In the final, Brazil but was defeated with 1:2 of the Mexican team. Ganso came only in the first two games used.
