Personico

Personico is a municipality in the district of Giornico in the district of Leventina in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland.

Geography

The village Personico lies on the valley floor to the shady side of the Levantine. The municipal area includes the valleys of Val d' Ambra, Val and Val Marcri Nedro. In Personico there is a small beverage factory that manufactures " gazzosa Ticinese " ( lemon, mandarin and raspberry lemonade ) from " Fizzy ".

The municipality is bordered to the north by Bodio, on the northeast by Pollegio, to the east by Biasca, to the south by Iragna, on the southwest by Lavertezzo, on the west by Frasco and to the northwest by Giornico.
