Peter Brooke, Baron Brooke of Sutton Mandeville

Peter Leonard Brooke, Baron Brooke of Sutton Mandeville, CH ( born March 3 1934) is a British politician.

Biography

Brooke, son of Henry Brooke, Baron Brooke of Cumnor, who was among other things 1962 to 1964 Minister of the Interior, and Barbara Brooke, Baroness Brooke of Ystradfellte studied, after visiting the Marlborough College at Balliol College, University of Oxford and graduated in 1957 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA ) from. His political career began in 1977 with the election as a member of the lower house, where he represented the interests of the Conservative Party in the constituency " City of London and Westminster South " until 1997.
