Pheres
Pheres (Greek Φέρης ) was in Greek mythology, one of the sons of Tyro with King Cretheus of Iolcus. His brothers were Aeson and Amythaon.
After the death Kreutheus his half-brother Pelias, son of Tyro with Poseidon, the dominion over all of Thessaly tried to usurp, attracted the rightful successor Aeson in a cave below Iolcus and banished Pheres as well as his own twin brother Neleus by Messenia, where both in Pylos (see also " Palace of Nestor " ) in which her mother's cousin, King Aphareus, settled.
Later he ruled as king of Pherae in Thessaly named after him. His son Admetus was later calculated to Alcestis, daughter of Pelias, advertise.
