Proud Like a God (English, proud like a god ') is the debut album by the German rock band Guano Apes. In Germany it reached platinum in Austria and Switzerland Gold status. In 1999, the album was also released by RCA in the United States.

Formation

1996 won Guano Apes organized by Radio ffn and VIVA talent competition "Local Heroes". With the prize money of 70,000 DM they could finance a studio and produce their debut album themselves. Music style
