Przywory, Opole Voivodeship

Przywor (Polish Przywory ) is a town in Upper Silesia in the municipality of Tarnów ( Tarnów Opolski ) in the powiat Opolski in the Opole Voivodeship.

History

Przywor was first documented in 1531. In 1829 the town had 185 inhabitants. 1845 at Przywor the railway Opole - Kędzierzyn was built.

1900 lived 458 inhabitants in the village. In the referendum on March 20, 1921 voted 75 voters to remain in Germany and 248 for Poland. The tuning circuit Opole majority had voted for Germany, which is why Przywor the German Reich remained. 1936 Przywor in Odertal O.S. renamed in 1937 and again in Or hard. 1939 Or Hard 847 inhabitants.

In 1945, Or feast, which had previously belonged to the district of Opole, under Polish administration, was renamed Przywory and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950, the town is part of the Opole Voivodeship and 1999 of the powiat Opolski.

On 15 February 2007 was introduced in the municipality of German as a second official language. On 14 April 2008, the site received the additional official German names Przywor.
