Rachel Dratch

Rachel Susan Dratch ( born February 22, 1966 in Lexington, Massachusetts ) is an American actress.

Life

Rachel Susan Dratch was born as the daughter of Elaine Dratch and the radiologist Paul Dratch. Her younger brother David is a screenwriter and producer, and most recently worked on the TV series Monk with. Both grew up in a liberal Jewish family. Rachel Dratch attended the William Diamond Middle School and Lexington High School in Massachusetts. In 1986, she began studying acting at the National Theatre Institute and graduated in 1988 her studies in drama and psychology at Dartmouth College from. 2009 hit John Dratch choice, a dietitian in a bar six months later she became pregnant by him and gave birth on 24 August 2010 at the age of 44 years to her first child, a son. Choice then moved to New York City, to live closer to Dratch and his son.

From 1999 to 2006 Dratch was a regular member of Saturday Night Live. In the show hosted by Jimmy Fallon Christmas show she joined in 2011 as a guest star on.

Originally Dratch was occupied 30 Rock for the character of Jenna in the TV series. But after she did not arrive with their role in the test audience, it was replaced by Jane Krakowski and the pilot turned again. Nevertheless, it was used for multiple roles in the first season, including as Barbara Walters, Elizabeth Taylor, as a blue monster and as cat trainer.
