Rafael Lesmes

Rafael Lesmes Bobed ( born November 9, 1926 in Ceuta, † October 8, 2012 in Valladolid) was a Spanish football player.

The defender Lesmes stood at six clubs under contract, of which the most famous Real Madrid and Real Valladolid were. With Madrid, he won, among others, three times the European Champions Cup four times and the Spanish national championship.

In 1958, he played his only match for the Spanish national team. Already at the World Cup 1950 in Brazil, he had stood in the Spanish squad, but without being used.
