Ralph Fiennes

Ralph Nathaniel Twisleton - Wykeham - Fiennes (usually shortened to Ralph Fiennes, pronunciation: reɪf faɪnz; born December 22, 1962 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England) is a British actor and film director.


Ralph Fiennes is the eldest son of Mark (photographer and illustrator, 1933-2004 ) and Jini Fiennes ( writer; Artist Name: Jennifer Lash; 1938-1993 ). From this marriage also came Magnus Hubert ( composer and music producer), the twins Joseph Fiennes ( also an actor - Shakespeare in Love, Luther ) and Jacob Marks ( Förster ), also the daughters Martha Maria ( director ) and Sophia Victoria (documentary director ).
