Rathaus Reinickendorf (Berlin U-Bahn)

The underground station Rathaus Reinickendorf is a station on line U8 of the Berlin U -Bahn and was opened to Wittenau of 29 September 1994 as part of the northern extension of the U8.

The station, which is referred to in the station list of the BVG with RR has both stone and escalators and a lift so that it is accessible. The station is 1207 meters from Karl -Bonhoeffer -Nervenklinik station and 1101 meters from the train station Wittenau.

The central platform of the station has outputs on both platforms, each leading in lobbies. The southern entrance is a special feature: it has an aboveground porch that is like a bridge over the north ditch. Red brick adorn the walls in the concourse, natural stone blocks loosen them up. The center supports red, white, black, and yellow in the capital. Like the other stations opened in 1994 the U8 line was built, this station on a design by Rainer G. Rümmler.
