Recipe for Hate
Recipe for Hate is the seventh studio album by the punk band Bad Religion. It was released in 1993 and was her last album before the change of Epitaph Records to Atlantic Records. Musically, the album continued the experiments from the previous generator and includes folk and country elements in songs like Man With a Mission and Struck a Nerve. Struck a Nerve contains a guest appearance by Johnette Napolitano of Concrete Blonde. Moreover, had Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam at American Jesus and Watch It Die with.
Content deal which - as usual at Bad Religion - socially critical songs, among others, alcoholism, abortion and homelessness. In a fan poll its song on the album American Jesus was chosen of all time the best Bad Religion song.

As singles the songs American Jesus Struck a Nerve and were released. On both videos were shot that were sent, among others, on MTV. None of the songs reached the charts.
