Reino Kuuskoski

Reino Iisakki Kuuskoski ( born January 18, 1907 in Loimaa; † January 27, 1965 in Helsinki) was a Finnish politician and Prime Minister.

Kuuskoski holds a degree in law and worked as a legal scholar as President of the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as ombudsman of the Reichstag.

He was also from November 1953 to May 1954 Minister of Justice, headed by Sakari Tuomioja transitional government.

Following the resignation of Prime Minister Rainer Berndt of Fieandt on 17 April 1958 he made on April 26, 1958 until August 29, 1958 an acting caretaker government with ministers of the Social Democratic Party (SDP ) and the People's Party of Finland (KP ). After the parliamentary elections in July 1958, he was replaced by the Social Democrat Karl- August Fagerholm as Prime Minister.
