Roman Catholic Diocese of Anagni-Alatri

The Diocese of Anagni - Alatri (Latin: Dioecesis Anagninus - Alatrinus, Italian: Diocese of Anagni - Alatri ) is a located in Italy Roman Catholic diocese based in Anagni.

History

The Diocese of Anagni - Alatri was built in the 5th century as the Diocese of Anagni and the Holy See under the direct authority.

On 30 September 1986 the diocese of Anagni was annexed by the Congregation for Bishops with the decree Instantibus votis the diocese Alatri. In 2002 the diocese of Anagni - Alatri was annexed part of the territory of the Territorial Abbey of Subiaco.
