The Diocese of Barahona (Latin: Dioecesis Barahonensis, Spanish: diócesis de Barahona ) is a location in the Dominican Republic Roman Catholic diocese based in Barahona.
History
The Diocese of Barahona was posted on April 24, 1976 by Pope Paul VI. built with the Papal bull Ad Animarum out of territory of the Diocese of San Juan de la Maguana and the Archdiocese of Santo Domingo is a suffragan.
