Samut Songkhram F.C.
Samut Songkhram FC is a professional football club based in the Thai city of Samut Songkhram, which was founded in 2004. Currently the club plays in the Thai league, the Thailand Premier League. Its home games he wears in Samut Songkhram from the stadium.
Was founded the club in 2004 and went second in Group B in 2007 from the second division to the Thailand Premier League on. As movers and newcomer to the TPL, the club was able to finish the 2008 season on a surprising seventh place. 2009 Samut Songkhram occupied the 10th place and escaped relatively scarce relegation. In his third season in the top flight, the club will probably only play to avoid relegation. Could be presented shortly before the start of the 2010 season with the company SCG a new main sponsor. The contract will initially run for one year and brings to the club a 10 million baht. In return, the club officially called SCG Samut Songkhram Football Club. Compared to other clubs in the league the funds still remain limited.
