San Agustin (Filipino: Bayan ng San Agustin ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Isabela, Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 21 797 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 23 barangays. It is classified as partially urbanized.

San Agustin is located in the south of the province, the community center is located in the valley of Cagayan. It is located 362 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway. Your neighboring municipalities are Jones and Echague in the north, Maddela in the south.
