Sancaktepe

Sancaktepe is a district of the Turkish province of İstanbul as well as a district on the Asian side of İstanbul. The county had Sancaktepe according to the last census, 229 093 inhabitants (as at end December 2008). In Sancaktepe the Samandıra Cemetery is located ( Samandıra Mezarlığı ).
