Sebastián Pinto
Sebastián Pinto Perurena ( born February 5, 1986 in Santiago de Chile) is a Chilean footballer who plays for Bursaspor. In Latin America he was by the fans as " El Tanque " ( The tank ). His father, Carlos Pinto in Chile is a renowned journalist and TV announcer.
Career
Latin America
Sebastián Pinto began with the club football in the youth of CF Universidad de Chile. In the season 2006/ 07 he was accepted into the professional team, but came only sporadically inserts. In order to enable him play practice one lent him for the second half of the same game time to the league rivals CD Cobreloa from. Returning from Cobreloa he conquered in the new season a regular place and drew attention to himself by his good performances. So he moved in 2008 to the Brazilian top club Santos.
AS Nancy
After half a season at FC Santos, he moved again, this time to the French first division club AS Nancy. Without a game to make, he left Nancy after half a year.
Latin America
Pinto first moved to the Argentine club Godoy Cruz CD, but he did not succeed here too the breakthrough. From the 2009/10 season he played one half of play for Audax Italiano and AS Varese 1910. Start of the season 2011/12 he moved to the Chilean first division side CD O'Higgins. Here he was able to win from the start and scored to end of the season in 14 league games 13 goals.
Bursaspor
On the good performances of Pinto at CD O'Higgins, the Turkish first division side was attentive, who was in Latin America in search of a striker. So it was agreed during the winter break of 2011/12 and Pinto was transferred for a transfer fee of € 600,000 in the Turkish Süper Lig Here he succeeded with eight goals in 13 games at first breakthrough. In the 2013/2014 season Pinto plays no role under coach Christoph Daum and was informed of this sales list. Since he could find in the winter transfer window 2013/14 no new club he remained at Bursaspor, but was not included in the squad. Pinto himself founded the non- occurrence of a change with the overestimated transfer fee and threw the club before his World Cup participation opportunities with the Chilean national team to deteriorate. He had a total of 65 inserts for Bursaspor and scored 29 goals in these.
