Serafin (band)

Serafin are a rock band from London, whose name comes from the Bible (see Seraphim ).

Style

Serafin had been sold by her former label Sony BMG as a mix of Jane 's Addiction and Weezer. This description was accepted by much of the music press; Another frequently cited reference are the Foo Fighters.

History

The members of Serafin had initially worked in various other bands, including Ben Smith was a singer in a band called Stony Sleep, bassist Ben Ellis played with Catherine Wheel and Ben Smith later added Come brother Christian was a drummer in Razorlight. 2001, the band Taste Media was contracted. Appearances

Serafin played now more support and headlining tours. In German-speaking countries they were apart from performing as a main band as the opening act for Frank Black and The Happy to see in the UK, they supported, among others, Muse and Feeder. In recent years, Serafin also played many festivals, such as the Highfield Festival, Terremoto and the Tauber Valley Openair.
