Sergei Bernatsky

Sergei Sergeyevich Bernazki (Russian: Сергей Сергеевич Бернацкий; born March 1, 1982 in Woskressensk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since May 2013 in Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod of the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Sergei Bernazki began his career as a hockey player with Chimik Woskressensk, for the second team, he was active in the third-class Perwaja league in the season 1999 /2000. Then the defender played two years for the first team of HK CSKA Moscow in the Wysschaja League, the second Russian league. With the CSKA he was promoted to the Super League in the 2001/ 02 season. Subsequently, the team joined back together with the original HK CSKA Moscow and Bernazki moved within the league to city neighbors Krylia Sovetov Moscow. With his new club, he rose in his rookie year into the highest Russian league, but played anyway only six times in the course of the season for Krylia Sovetov, while he spent the rest of the playing time at second division Neftjanik Almetyevsk. In the following years he was a regular for Krylia Sovetov in the second division and reached in the 2005/06 season with his team 's re-emergence in the Super League.

In the second attempt to Bernazki prevailed in the Super League and prepared in season 2006/ 07 for Krylia Sovetov Moscow five goals in 34 games before. At the end of the season the team had to take the fall and the Russians moved within the Super League to Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk.

From the 2008/ 09 season he stood for Neftekhimik in the Kontinental Hockey League newly founded on the ice before he along with Renat Mamaschew moved to HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk 2011.
