Sharaud Curry

Sharaud Curry (born 16 May 1987) is an American professional basketball player. After completing his studies in his home country Curry plays professionally in Europe. After stops in Poland and Greece Curry played in the ÖBL - season 2011/ 12 for the Swans from Gmunden in Austria's basketball league. With this club he won the "Basketball Supercup Austria " and the national cup competition and was voted best player of the season 2011 /12. In the 2012/13 BBL season Curry played for the riser means German BC and then moved to the 46ers casting. Since the 2013/14 season he played in Finland.

Career

Curry moved from his home in Gainesville (Georgia ) to study at Providence College in the same city in Rhode Iceland. For the high school team Friars he was playing in the Big East Conference of NCAA Division I. After he was excellent in his first collegiate season as one of the five best newcomers of the Conference, he had due to injury in the season 2007 /08 and played in his fifth year of college a fourth season for the Friars.
