Son Heung- min ( Kor. 손흥 민, born July 8, 1992 Chuncheon ) is a South Korean football player who 04 Leverkusen in the Bundesliga with Bayer is under contract and can be used as a means and winger.

Association

Son Heung- min came in 2008 as part of a cooperation between Hamburger SV and the South Korean Football Association together with two age-matched compatriots in the Hanseatic city, to visit the club's football boarding school. The deal had been proposed by the Chairman of the German -Korean Sports and Cultural Association ( DKSV ) Chae Gue- chun. In July 2010, he made his debut in the first team and received on his 18th birthday a two-year contract until 2012. Having strong performances in pre-season games, his contract was subsequently extended ahead only a few weeks until 2014. Former Hamburg coach Armin Veh designated Son as a "jewel". Shortly before the start of the season 2010/11 Son moved in a test match against Chelsea a broken metatarsal to after he had scored the winning goal to make it 2-1, and then fell out for six weeks. His competitive debut was on 27 October 2010 in the DFB Cup match against Eintracht Frankfurt, he completed his first Bundesliga match against 1 FC Köln, in which he also scored his first goal three days later. On 20 November 2010 the 2:3 away defeat against Hannover 96 he succeeded in his first Bundesliga double header.

For the 2013/14 season changed Son within the League to Bayer 04 Leverkusen. He signed a contract until 30 June 2018. His first game for the factory Self Son denied in a 3-1 home win against SC Freiburg on Matchday 1 on 10 August 2013. Doing so, he contributed with his first goal for Leverkusen, the to 2:1 led to the victory of Leverkusen.

National

After he had occupied in 2008 with South Korea ranked second in the U-16 Asia Cup, he took part in the 2009 U-17 National Team at the U -17 World Cup in Nigeria, scoring three goals in five games. Upon reaching the quarter-finals, he was among the top performers of his team in the tournament and will report as " running and dribbling left midfielder, dangerous from distance " highlighted.

On December 24, 2010 Son was appointed to the Executive of the Asian Cup 2011 in Qatar. At the tournament, he came several times as a substitute and it won with the South Korean team the bronze medal.
