Stefania Berton

Stefania Berton ( born July 19, 1990 in Asiago, Veneto ) is an Italian figure skater who starts with her partner Ondřej Hotarek pair skating.

By 2009, Stefania Berton was active as a single runner. Previously, she was already started in the youth class with Marco Fabbri as Eistänzerin.

Berton / Hotarek are four times Italian champion. In the ISU Grand Prix series 2012/2013 they brought in two starts a bronze medal and narrowly missed qualifying for the finals. At the European Championships 2013 in Zagreb, they also brought bronze and thus won their first medal at an international championship. It was also the first medal for an Italian sports pair at a ISU Championship. At the World Cup, they were able to confirm this good performance is not completely occupied 10th place

In the 2013/2014 season, the pair began with a rather disappointing fifth place at Skate America. A week later, however, they managed their first victory at Skate Canada at a Grand Prix competition. The qualification for the finals they missed again scarce. At the European Championships she finished fourth.
