Steven Cherundolo (2011)

Steven "Steve" Emil Cherundolo ( born February 19, 1979 in Rockford, Illinois ) is a former American football player and current coach. During his time as a player, he played for 15 years as a right-back at Hannover 96 and took the national team of the United States participated in three World Cups.

Steven Cherundolo grew up in Rancho Penasquitos, a suburb of San Diego and attended the Mt Carmel High School ( MCHS ). His footballing career began at the club La Jolla Nomads club, where he was a regular player.

Private

Cherundolo lives in the northern region of Hannover. He lived for a year along with his friend, Clint Mathis, who came to Hanover in the second half of the season 2003/ 04 96, in a residential community. He often flies in the winter break back in the United States.
