Sudan at the 1960 Summer Olympics

The Sudan participated in the Summer Olympics in 1960 in Rome, Italy, with a delegation of ten athletes (all men ) to ten competitions in four sports part. There were no medals are won. The youngest athlete was the weightlifting Mirza Adil (17 years and 163 days), the oldest athlete was the athlete Isaac Elie (31 years and 284 days). It was the first participation in the Olympic Summer Games for the country.
