Svenja Schlicht

Svenja Schlicht ( born June 26, 1967 in Neumünster) is a former German swimmer who competed for the Federal Republic of Germany. She won in 1984 with the medley relay an Olympic silver medal.

Svenja simplicity began her career in Lower Saxony to the SV Nienhagen ( Landkreis Celle) and transferred in 1985 to Hamburg Eimsbuetteler TV. The age of 14, she won her first title in 1981 on the 200 - meter backstroke distance. From 1983 to 1988, and again in 1990 Svenja simplicity German champion was over 100 meters and 200m backstroke, more titles she won in Medley. For her contribution to the sport in Lower Saxony, she was accepted into the gallery of honor of Lower Saxony Sports of the Lower Saxony Institute for Sports History.
