Take a Look in the Mirror (English for: "Wage a look in the mirror " ) is the sixth studio album by the American nu-metal band Korn. It was released on 24 November 2003 at Immortal and Epic. It is the last album of grain in the original cast.

Formation

The album was recorded from April to June 2003 Frank Filipetti in Jonathan Davis ' home studio. The piece Did My Time was previously the soundtrack of Lara Croft: Tomb Raider - The Cradle of Life have been used and released as a single. After the last piece follows as a hidden track, a cover of Metallica's One.

Music style

In contrast to previous albums, the band Take a Look in the Mirror shows a harder style. Aggressive guitar riffs and a part is death metal -like growls approaching vocals were used. In the meantime, more melodic choruses were interspersed. Play Me is a hip -hop duet with rapper Nas Y'all Want a Single, which was also self- released as a single, criticizes record companies.
