Tando Velaphi

Tando Yuji Velaphi ( born April 17, 1987 in Perth ) is an Australian football player. The goalkeeper plays since 2007 in the A-League for Perth Glory.

Career

Velaphi, the Zimbabwean and Japanese ancestors, grew up in Perth and trained towards the end of his youth at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. His active career began in the goalie Perth SC in the Football West State League, the top division of the state of Western Australia. In early 2007 he played on loan for a short time when professional club Queensland Roar and came there to a league use. In the summer of 2007 Velaphi was obliged Perth Glory.

After Perth to season 2011/12 Danny Vukovic committed to Velaphi decided to change clubs and Melbourne Victory joined to.
