Terry Campbell

Terence Campbell ( born July 1, 1968 in North York, Ontario ) is a German - Canadian professional ice hockey player who plays for EC Oberpfaffenhofen in Bavaria League since 2009.

Career

Terry Campbell began his career in unterklassigen Junior Leagues in Canada. From 1987 he played for the team of Union College in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. In 1991 he moved to Germany and was active for the SV Wittgendorf in the Regionalliga. For the 1993/94 season, the Center joined the league rivals SC Bietigheim- Bissingen and also completed 23 games for the SC Riessersee in the big leagues.

With the founding of the German Ice Hockey League, he moved to the foxes Saxony. The next two years he was in the squad of the Augsburg Panthers, the 1995/96 season, however, spent mainly at Deggendorf SC in the second class 1 League South. 1997 Campbell wrote at Iserlohn EC, where he was top scorer of his team in two seasons. Subsequently, he was active for the West rival the Iserlohn, the mosquitoes eating in the DEL. After the last place in the main round of the mosquitoes were also in the relegation round last, so that at the end of the season it was clear of relegation. Then Campbell returned to Iserlohn, which were now risen to the DEL. The next year he played for ERC Ingolstadt in the 2nd Bundesliga. There he contributed to the rise in the DEL, and stayed two more years in Ingolstadt, where he once again reached the play-offs. 2004 Campbell wrote at SC Bietigheim- Bissingen in the 2nd Bundesliga.

After two playoff appearances in three years, the Center moved to EC Bad Tolz in the league. There, reached the summit, so he played again in the 2nd Bundesliga in the 2008 /09 season. With the lion Campbell took second place after the main round. Due to a bankruptcy petition, the club was however excluded from the play-offs. Subsequently, the striker signed a contract with the EC Oberpfaffenhofen from the Bavarian League.
