The Beresford

The Beresford is an exclusive, traditional residential building in New York 's Upper West Side, which is located between 81st Street and 82nd Street and Central Park West in Upper West Side - Central Park West Historic District. The address is 211 Central Park West. It is next to the Eldorado, the San Remo and The Ardsley is one of four houses on Central Park West, designed by Roth.

Background

The Beresford was on a 40,000 square foot lot (about 3716 m²) built on which stood the hotel was built before 1889 Beresford. It was built by the City Zoning Resolution 1916 adopted building regulation for New York.
