Tiraque

Tiraque is a country town in the Cochabamba Department in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Tiraque is the central place of the Canton Tiraque district ( bolivian: Municipio) Tiraque and administrative center of the province Tiraque. The city lies at an altitude of 3298 m in the mountain range of the Cordillera Oriental on the left bank of the Río Jatun Mayu.

Geography

The climate of the region is a typical diurnal climate where the temperature differences during the day significantly outpace the differences between the seasons.
