Tomave Municipality

The municipality Tomave is a district in the Potosí Department in the highlands of South American Andes State of Bolivia.

The municipality Tomave is one of three Municipalities in the province Antonio Quijarro. It is bordered to the north, west and south by the municipality of Uyuni, in the south east of the province of Nor chichas, on the east by the province of José María Linares, and on the northeast by the municipality and the province of Porco Tomás Frías.

Geography

Tomave located on the Altiplano in the central Bolivia on the northeastern edge of the Cordillera de chichas.
