Nor chichas is a province in the eastern part of the department of Potosí in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Location

The Nor Chicas province is one of sixteen provinces in the Potosí Department. It lies between 20 ° 01 'and 21 ° 08' south latitude and between 65 ° 13 ' and 66 ° 17' west longitude. It is bordered on the north by the province of José María Linares, on the west by the province Antonio Quijarro, to the south by the province chichas Sur, and on the east by the department of Chuquisaca. The province extends about 120 km in east-west direction and 140 km in north-south direction.
