Bernardino Bilbao (also: General Bernardino Bilbao) is a province in the department of Potosí in the highlands of South American Andes State of Bolivia. It is named after the general and politician Bernardino Bilbao Rioja.

Location

The Bernardino Bilbao province is one of sixteen provinces in the Potosí Department. It is bordered on the north by the department of Cochabamba, on the southwest by the province of Alonso de Ibáñez, on the south by the province of Charcas.
