Turun Palloseura

Turku PS ( officially: Turun Palloseura ( Finnish for Turku ball company) or short TPS) is a Finnish football club based in the coastal city of Turku ( Åbo Swedish ). It was founded in 1922. The club colors are black and white. The club plays at the 10,000 -seater Veritas Stadion ( Kupittaa ), which one it shares with the city rivals Inter Turku.

History

Shortly after the founding sparked TPS Åbo IFK as number one in the city from 1928 and was for the first time Finnish champion.
