Unipetrol

Unipetrol is a Czech group of companies, petrochemical, headquartered in Prague. The company was founded in 1994 today is majority owned by Europe's biggest oil processor, the Polish oil and gas station company PKN Orlen. Main business of Unipetrol, the processing of crude oil, fuel trading and manufacturing of petrochemical products.

Unipetrol counts measured by sales to the five largest companies in the Czech Republic and the largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe in general. PKN Orlen since May 24, 2005 owns a 62.99 percent stake in Unipetrol. 37.01 % of the shares are in free float.
