Úrvalsdeild (women)
The Pepsideild kvenna is the highest division in the Icelandic women's football. It was founded in 1972 and today comprises ten teams.
Mode
Each team plays in the course of a season twice against every other team. Thus, each team comes on 18 season games. The champion qualifies for the UEFA Women 's Cup. The-table rises, while the penultimate play a relegation against the runner-up of the second division.
