Ussuri Bay

The Ussuribucht (Russian Уссурийский залив ) is a bay of the Sea of ​​Japan, east of Vladivostok.

To the west it borders the Murawjow - Amur Peninsula, which separates it from the Amurbucht and is located at the southern end of Vladivostok. On the eastern shore of the bay are the Rajon Schkotowo, the city Bolshoi Kamen and the west of the city circle Fokino, and the northern peak is reached from the eastern suburbs of the city of Artyom.

The bay is geographically unrelated to the river Ussuri, but was in the course of connecting the region to the Russian Empire in the 19th century named after this.
