Vasileios Charalampopoulos

Vasileios Charalampopoulos ( Greek spelling: Βασίλης Χαραλαμπόπουλος; born 6 January 1997) is a professional Greek basketball player who currently plays for Panathinaikos in the Greek League. He is a 203 -cm small forward.

Career

Charalampopoulos spent the 2011/12 season in the Greek league in 3 Egaleo. End of the season he moved to Panathinaikos in the first league. On December 13, 2013, came at a match against locomotive Kuban Krasnodar in Russia to its first use in the ULEB Euro League. Charalampopoulos so was 16 years, eleven months and seven days, the youngest Greek and the second youngest player ever to have ever been used in the ULEB Euro League.

National

With the U-16 national team, he participated in the U-16 European Championships 2011, 2012 and 2013. At the last tournament he won the bronze medal.
