Verbandsliga Schleswig-Holstein-Nord-Ost

The League dressing Schleswig-Holstein since the 2008/2009 season, the second highest football class in Schleswig -Holstein. It is under the auspices of the Schleswig -Holstein Football Association ( SHFV ) and consists of four regional association leagues.

Structure

With the end of the 2007/2008 season, the previously existing regional league Schleswig-Holstein was renamed in Schleswig- Holstein-Liga and now is officially recognized as one of the league 's fifth highest leagues in Germany. The Schleswig -Holstein - League includes 18 teams. Therefore, the present four regional leagues Association of Schleswig-Holstein form now than six highest league level the substructure of Schleswig- Holstein-Liga; the four masters rise (usually ) on the Schleswig- Holstein-Liga. Below the Association leagues in the Schleswig- Holstein Football Association has set up 12 district leagues which constitute the seventh game class in Schleswig-Holstein football.

Association League North -West: North Friesland, Flensburg, Schleswig -Flensburg, Dithmar

Association League North - East: Rendsburg -Eckernförde, Kiel, Plön

Association League South -West: Segeberg, Neumünster, Steinburg

Association League South-East: East Holstein, Lübeck, Lauenburg, Stormarn

Only the district of Pinneberg is associated with the Hamburg Football Association, which, however, numerous associations from the southern parts of Stormarn (eg Oststeinbeker SV), Lauenburg (eg SV Börnsen ) and Segeberg (eg Eintracht Norderstedt ) belong.

History of the Association leagues in Schleswig -Holstein

The name Association Football League has been used since 1968 in Schleswig -Holstein: First, to 1978, the highest in Schleswig-Holstein league following leagues have been referred to (see: National League Schleswig -Holstein ( 1968-1999 ) ): the Association League North ( for the cities of Kiel, Neumünster and Flensburg and the circles North Frisia, Schleswig, and Rendsburg -Eckernförde Plön ) and the Association League South ( for the rest Holstein). Today's Schleswig- Holstein-Liga had in this period the name of national league Schleswig -Holstein. 1978 there was an exchange of names: the national league was continued as an association league during the previous association leagues were named division. The term Association league for the top flight in Schleswig -Holstein remained until 2008, there are, for the two national leagues until 1999.
