Vitaly Karamnov

Vitaly Vitalyevich Karamnow (Russian Виталий Витальевич Карамнов; born August 8, 1989 in Moscow, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is under contract with Sibir Novosibirsk HK in the Kontinental Hockey League since May 2013. His father Vitaly was also a professional hockey player.

Career

Vitaly Karamnow began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of the HK Dynamo Moscow, for its second team, he was active from 2005 to 2007 in the third-class Perwaja league. In the season 2006/ 07, the Centre made ​​his debut for Dynamo first team in the Super League, where he remained point and impunity in two games. The 2007/08 season he spent with the Everett Silvertips, for in 61 games, he scored ten goals in the Canadian junior Western Hockey League and gave 15 assists. Then he returned to his hometown club Dynamo Moscow, for in the Kontinental Hockey League, he scored newly established in the 2008 /09 season winning goal in eleven games. In the following season the right shooter graduated seven games for Dynamo Moscow in the KHL, where he gave two assists. He spent the entire rest of the season, however, in their junior team in the multinational junior league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja league. In 42 games he scored 21 goals in the MHL and were 24 templates.

For the season 2010/11 Karamnow moved within the KHL Dinamo Riga the Latvian. For this he then played regularly in the KHL as he ran aground on their partner team HK Riga parallel in the MHL. For the following season he was from HK WMF Saint Petersburg from the Wysschaja Hockey League, the new second Russian league, committed, where his father was employed as an assistant coach. In 2012 he succeeded his father to the KHL rookie HC Lev Prague.

Internationally

For Russia Karamnow took part in the U18 World Youth Championship in 2007, when he won the gold medal with his team. For this success he contributed three assists in seven games.
