Warning (English for " Warning") is the sixth studio album by American punk rock band Green Day. It was released on 3 October 2000 and was released on Reprise Records.

Warning was not as successful as the previous three albums Dookie, Insomniac and Nimrod. Nevertheless, it came in at number four on the U.S. charts and was honored in the U.S. for over 500,000 sales with the Golden Record.

With Warning changed the style of Green Day. The band went with this album more towards Pop-Rock/Pop-Punk and alternative rock. Rob Cavallo, who produced with the band's last three albums, joined Warning in the background and only acted as Executive Producer with. The production was the band alone.
